Confidentiality and Health Website Ethics
PICS Inc. welcomes you to its SleepKey website! PICS respects your
privacy and your desire to access health-related information that is clear,
accurate, and unbiased. The SleepKey website was designed to be consistent with
the current ethical standards for health-related web sites including Health on
the Net (HON), eHealth, and Hi-Ethics. The SleepKey website is also consistent
with the privacy regulations contained in the Health Insurance Portability and

agrees that PICS or its authorized third parties may use
the Non-PII to serve advertisements at other websites.

that are or will be available on our web site, or otherwise voluntarily submit
personally identifiable information to PICS, we will collect and store the

PICS does not provide personally identifiable information about our web site
